My family has been doing business here since Mr. Red Alford purchased it. Good honest business people, their word is their bond which is so unusual today. Great line of the best products. I’ve gotten very good service with New Holland tractors, and Ms. Deb loves her Polaris Ranger.

I have been doing business with Chickasaw Equipment in Tupelo for several years. I have bought two diesel kubota side by sides, 2 diesel zero turn Kubota mowers (about to buy my third one), as well as a Kubota tractor and equipment. I have found their Sales and Service after the sale to be second to none. These are good, honest folks, who know how to treat their customers. I highly recommend Chickasaw Equipment.

Hayden at Chickasaw Equip went WAY above and beyond for me when i thought for sure i had ruined my Kubota tractor! My husband passed away 4 months ago and i felt at some point i had to get on the tractor and just take it slow and do my best. Well . . . That didnt turn out too well. Hayden sent a wrecker to come get it, called me the next day and completely made me feel ok about it all. I knew there had to be a reason my husband let this group of guys service our tractor all these years. This company is above awesome, honest and fair. They have a lifelong customer in me and should everyone else as well.

This place is awesome, it's been along time since I've been treated as nicely as I was here. From Michael in sales giving me classes on how to use my new equipment, to William in finance beading over backwards to get my subpar credit financing. To top it off, they gave me a hat on my way out! These will be my go to people for all my agriculture needs in the future, thank you guys, for real!

I started with messaging them on Facebook and they were quick to respond. Went to the shop that afternoon and I found the guy I was talking to. William was up front and honest with me and did the best deal he could do for me. Great people and great prices.

After a lot of research and looking around for a new tractor, I bought an L2501 from BJ at the Ripley store. The process was extremely easy and quick. Very polite and laid back salesman compared to some other salesmen that I spoke to at other dealerships. I visited or talked to people at 8 other dealerships in and around north Ms before settling with Chickasaw equipment in Ripley.
